Key Responsibilities:

Coach small-group personal training sessions.
Conduct 1:1 personal training sessions.
Onboard and support new members.
Follow up with leads and prospective members.
Schedule consultations and appointments.
Assist with membership sales and enrolment.
Deliver exceptional member service and accountability.

Qualifications:

Nationally recognized personal training cert. (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA).
Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before start date).
Prior experience coaching small-group or 1:1 personal training preferred.
Comfortable with sales conversations, lead follow-up, & consultation scheduling.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; genuine passion for member care.
Highly organized and self-directed with non-coaching administrative time.
Reliable, coachable, and aligned with FitZone's community-first culture.
